It was a great Saturday afternoon to head Downtown and enjoy a FREE concert!  The event was located at 16th Street Mall, which is a pedestrian friendly shopping area.  Denver Day of Rock included 5 stages and lots of great music!  Before the concert we explored Downtown and ate a yummy lunch at the Yard House (J’s new favorite restaurant).  We also walked to the state capital.  In one of the pics above, J is sitting on the capital step marked One Mile Above Sea Level.
